Professional Overview

Mrs. Ofori-Ampofo combines academic leadership, policy advocacy, and union governance in advancing the nursing and midwifery profession. She serves as Africa Representative on the International Council of Nurses Board of Directors and as 3rd Vice President of ICN. She is the immediate past Chairperson of the West African Health Sector Unions Network (WAHSUN) of Public Services International (PSI) and the Ghana PSI National Coordinating Council.
