Professional Overview

Dr. Tenkorang-Twum began his nursing career at Koforidua Nursing and Midwifery Training College (1998-2001), obtaining a State Registered Nursing qualification. He worked as a staff nurse at Koforidua Regional Hospital Theatre (2001-2004) and trained as a Certified Registered Anaesthetist at Komfo Anokye Nurse Anaesthesia Training College in 2005. He later became Head of the Department of Anaesthesia for seven years before joining the Adult Health Department of the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Ghana in 2018.
