Key Topics Discussed Participants were taken through a number of important topics aimed at improving leadership effectiveness and organisational management. \u2014 The Law and the Union Leadership \u2014 Communication Skills for Student Leaders \u2014 Managing Affiliate Finances: A Guide for Leaders \u2014 The Role of Affiliate Groups and GRNMA The sessions were facilitated by experienced professionals including Mr. Samuel Akolgo Esq., Mr. Philemon Gyapong, and Mr. Moses Robertson Anyigba. Participants described the seminar as insightful and beneficial, noting that the knowledge gained will help them improve leadership practices and strengthen the operations of their respective affiliate groups. Support for Constitutional Review Prior to the seminar, the committee also supported the GNMTA Constitutional Review, a process led by the GRNMA National 1st Vice President, Mr. Samuel Akolgo Esq.
