She led the Community Psychiatry Team for Ablekuma Central for six years while serving at Mamprobi Polyclinic.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n <p>\r\n During her seven year tenure as Deputy Director of Nursing Service, she contributed significantly to the quality of nursing care, grooming of staff, mobilizing NGO support to rehabilitate wards, instituting send off events for retired staff, activating weekly nurse manager meetings, enhancing in service education, and introducing an incident record system used for staff appraisal.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n <p>\r\n She served GRNMA as Assistant General Secretary from 1991 to 1994, General Secretary from 1994 to 2003, and President from 2003 to 2012.
