After completing her State Registered Nursing training in 1985, she trained as a midwife in 1987. She later obtained a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Nursing with Psychology in 2004 and a Master\u2019s degree in Public Health in 2008.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            She rose through the ranks from Police Sergeant to Chief Superintendent of Police and served as Director of Nursing Services at the Police Hospital, Accra, from 2016 to 2020. She participated in peacekeeping missions in Sudan and Liberia, serving the contingent commander in Liberia.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            As Executive Ward In Charge, she groomed staff in customer care, introduced client teaching initiatives, and strengthened discipline and professionalism. During her tenure as Director of Nursing, she instituted supportive supervision, improved PIN renewal compliance, developed standard operating procedures with ward managers, and enhanced service training and student preceptorship.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n            Her supervision contributed to zero maternal mortality in 2017 and 2019 at the Police Hospital. She is a member of GRNMA and the Public Health Nurses Group, where she served as PRO for the Greater Accra Region from 2010 to 2012.
