joined other nursing and midwifery leaders from 28 countries across the globe in the ICN\u2019s Global Nursing Leadership Institute (GNLI) programme to learn, share experiences and develop strategies for evidence-based policy change that promote population health.<\/p>\n<p>Madam President has indicated that it is time to lead local, national, regional and global health through social policy, effective communication and an understanding of the local and global political context.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2993 alignright\"
