The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Spring Board Road Show Foundation to roll GRNMA unto its nationwide human capital development Programme for young people between the ages of 18 to 35 years called the COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Programme (CoRe Programme).
The programme entails e-Learning audio and video messages focusing on building resilience, health aw
areness, wellness, and safety, building relevant workplace and job readiness skills; e-Mentoring in the workplace for productivity, career guidance, professional development, and group and individual coaching;
e-Counselling focusing on supporting the nurses and midwives in build
ing resilience, overcoming the shocks of the pandemic, and bouncing back from adversity in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The programme will also involve CORe Conferences and Hangouts to provide a deep dive and interaction with mentors and professionals;
E-LEAD Seminars serving as empowerment and advocacy development sessions for nurses and midwives.
The leadership, therefore, encourages all nurses and midwives to take advantage of the programme and learn new skills by registering through the link which will be provided soon. All participants will be issued with certificates by Springboard upon completion of the programme.
